Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and will correct the mistake.When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an Invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under–priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Delivery Schedule

Once orders have been placed, we will process and ship them within 2–3 working days, often on the same day as the order is received.  Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be treated on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped you will be informed via e–mail, a tracking number will be included in this.

You must inform us within 7 working days is the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.  Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Shipping and Handling

McNeill Hotelware Ltd charges for its delivery by weight.  All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force dependant on weight and orders with a value of £20 or more excluding VAT and P&P will require a signature on delivery.

Orders received after 12:00 noon will be processed for delivery on the following working day.

For the purposes of calculating carriage our courier defines:

Zone 1 – England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands.  The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in Zones 2 and 3.

Zone 2 – The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27–28, KW. PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE

Zone 3 – Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes IM, TR21–25

Please note we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

Orders placed for Europe and the rest of the World will be subject to additional shipping costs which will be advised on placement of order.

Please ensure you specify the correct shipping destination at the checkout to avoid undue delay in processing your order.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.  All other orders are VAT Free.
